API

to get your free moon, just call https://api.moon.supply/img?lat=&lon=

the Moon Clock Project provides a free API which will return a 320x320 black and white image of the moon for the provided latitude and longitude.

the API returns a base64 encoded string of a png.

by way of example, here's how you'd get the current moon for San Francisco, California

curl "https://api.moon.supply/img?lat=37.7749&lon=-122.4194"

there are currently no planned changes for the moon supply API

there is also no service guarantee.

if you find a bug or build something using moon.supply's api, we'd love to hear about it. send us an email at mail@moon.supply

coming soon: buy your own moon clock!
